Thank You for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase(s); however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may Return or Exchange your unworn product with tags attached, original product bag, and an RMA# that you must request.
Returns: To request a refund, item purchased must be received by us within 14 days of your purchase delivery date and the item must meet the return criteria mentioned in this policy. Purchase price refunds are subject to a 12% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed using the same payment type that was used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days to see funds returned to your account. Any refund request received after the 14 days will receive in-store credit.
Exchanges: Only one exchange per customer, per item purchased. Once an item has been exchanged the item received as an exchange cannot be exchanged again. There will not be a restocking fee assessed for exchanged items.
Any and all Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 Days of the Purchase Delivery Date.
